Ecommerce Associate

Do you enjoy working with Technology Hardware or are you eager to learn more about technology? Our dedicated team is bursting at the seams with possibility and looking to add new members. Experience in online selling and digital inventory management is a plus but not a must-have. If you are savvy, eager to learn, and have an interest in gaining a highly valuable eCommerce marketing skillset, this role is for you. You will be trained in all things electronics and multiple software platforms. Shopify, Ebay, Sellercloud and our own internal software systems.

A Day In The LIfe Of A Ecommerce Associate

• Process E-commerce Orders for shipment.
• Assist with creating and maintaining product description pages on the website, including uploading product images, headlines, features & benefits, descriptions, inventory status, product specifications, relevant manuals and pricing.
• Closely monitor inventory levels of key SKUs and regularly adjust pre-selling and backorder status settings.
• Act as a liaison with the Customer Service team with regards to product inventories; provide ongoing updates on product additions, changes, inventory status, etc.
• Monitor order processing, assist with troubleshooting operational issues related to order processing and elevate processing challenges to management for prompt resolution.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn new programs and ecommerce platforms.
• Experience or exposure to working in a warehouse
• Know or understand Amazon / Seller Cloud /E bay / Shopify Sales Portal
• Knowledge in Photoshop (plus)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player and willing to work under pressure
• Computer Literate - able to operate Office, Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
• Can read, write, and speak English
