Transpere provides end-to-end solutions for remote workers and/or office workers. Services include customer-owned equipment that can be within the manufacturer’s warranty or post-warranty, and Transpere supplied equipment that can either be within the manufacturer’s warranty or under Transpere’s warranty. Each of the four levels of service includes standard services and optional services.
Equipment can include laptops, desktops, workstations, monitors, keyboards, mice, cameras, and other peripherals. Transpere’s Workforce Solutions are designed to be a complete lifecycle service so that you don’t have to worry about the processes associated with remote worker or office worker equipment. Our goal is to create an excellent user experience, minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

To minimize downtime, we can hold additional replacement equipment at a Transpere or customer facility.
Next Business Day Replacement
With additional customer inventory, we can provide a next business day replacement service.
Imaging and O/S
We can install customer-specific software applications along with licensed operating systems.
All data-bearing devices are wiped to NIST 800-88 standards on receipt at a Transpere facility.
