Justin Littler

Justin Littler is an accomplished Director of IT with over 10 years of combined experience in the technology industry. He has a proven track record of leading large-scale technology projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Justin started his career as an Asset Recovery Technician, where he gained expertise in testing, valuating, and data eradication. He then transitioned to management roles working as a project manager and later as an IT manager, covering both domestic and international clients. His experience in managing teams and implementing technology solutions led to his appointment as Director of IT here at Transpere.

As Director of IT, Justin is responsible for the overall technology strategy, execution, and operations of the company. He works closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop technology solutions that meet their needs. He also manages a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.

In his free time, Justin enjoys roller-skating, home automation, STEM projects, and spending time in his home lab where he further develops his skill set. He is also an active member of several technology and professional organizations, where he shares his expertise and knowledge with his peers.
