Glen is an experienced director of client relations with 15 years of experience in developing and implementing successful client retention strategies. In this role, Glen is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with its clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products and services.

Glen’s career in client relations began 10 years ago when he joined IMS Electronics, a leading provider of electronic recycling services, as a client relations specialist. During his time there, Glen developed a deep understanding of the importance of building and maintaining strong client relationships in order to drive business growth and success. After 7 years at IMS Electronics, the company was acquired by Transpere LLC. where he led a team of client relations specialists and oversaw the development and execution of the company’s client retention strategies. Glen was instrumental in driving Transpere’s client retention rate to new heights.
